It started early, fixing computers at home with a lot of curiosity. I didn’t know it then, but every cable I reconnected was the start of a career built on solving problems and turning ideas into real outcomes through leadership focused on developing people and delivering results.

I have delivered complex projects and digital portfolios across industries, leading initiatives in e-commerce, financial services, healthcare, and automotive. My leadership has focused on turning strategy into visible results, building systems that keep progress measurable and aligned with business value.

With a strong background in Agile and Lean, I’ve trained and coached more than 70 teams, building reliable systems for value delivery. In my experience, agility only creates real impact when it’s anchored in strategy and supported by a culture that trusts and empowers people to do their best.

But honestly? My favorite part is seeing someone grow. Seeing someone go from “I have no idea what I’m doing” to “I’ve got this.”

What drives me is simple: People are the fuel that powers my passion. They inspire me to give my best every day, and that energy is in everything I build.
